Shipping Policy
When you place an order with us, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Typically, our beds leave our warehouse within one business day. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, but please note that this may vary depending on your location. We also offer white glove delivery during checkout, for an additional fee. Contact us for more information on availability in your area or with any questions.
Please note the following regarding delivery of your bed:
- Our products ship by LTL (large trucks with lift gates). Drivers cannot take trucks on driveways. If you live in a rural area, on a gravel/dirt road, or on a street that the delivery truck cannot access without risking damage to the truck, please contact us prior to shipping (text/call 520.329.7145).
- Beds are shipped in a large box on a pallet with a compressed mattress strapped on top.
- The driver will use a lift gate and a pallet jack to unload your bed.
- We recommend customers thoroughly inspect the shipment for damage before accepting delivery. If damage is noted, please inspect the contents for damage and REFUSE delivery if the contents are damaged. If the contents appear acceptable, please note any damages on the receipt. If carrier does not allow you to note damage, please REFUSE delivery.
- Customers are responsible for reporting 'concealed damage' to TCB within five days.
- Customers are responsible for moving the bed to its final location unless they have arranged for White Glove delivery. We recommend two people to move your purchase. A dolly is preferred.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tucson Cabinet Beds. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
*Please note that the cost of the return shipping and preparing the shipment for return is the customer's responsibility. Refund amounts are based on the condition the bed is returned in.
- Returning a cabinet bed can be expensive and difficult, but we are happy to help. Please contact us at 520.329.7145 before initiating a return request to find the best solution for you.
- Please note as stated above that it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment for damage before signing.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing you with the best possible service. We do not share your information with any third parties, except for shipping purposes. Your payment information is not visible nor saved by our team.
